• Refuelling costs may be charged on return of the car.  These charges are excluded from and in addition to the vehicle rental cost.
• Following an investigation by the vehicle rental company, in the event of an incident excesses relating to LDW Insurance (Loss Damage Waiver) / CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance may still be payable.  Charge of these excesses is at the discretion of the vehicle rental company.
• An authorization for a deposit to the value of the LDW/CDW excess will be obtained from the driver’s credit card upon collection of the vehicle.  This amount is released upon return of the vehicle under the condition that is in the same condition as at the time of collection.  Sufficient credit must be available on the driver’s credit card/s to allow for the deposit to be authorized or the hiring company will not lease the vehicle despite pre-payment of the rental fees.
• In cases where TP Insurance (Theft Protection) is included, an excess will still be charged in the event of theft or attempted theft.
• All excess amounts are determined by and charged at the discretion of the vehicle hire company.
• One-way hires incur a one-way drop off fee of up to but not limited to USD350.  This amount is capacity controlled and charged at the drop-off point directly by the car hire company.
